"Avoid - deceiving photos and host"

Clean, modern appartment

The host values profit over customer satisfaction. The description of the appartment is not accurate: no mountain view, no garden view, no balcony. The view from the pictures is not real, there is a (really close) newly built appartment building that fully covers it. Those photos that are showing hills, green space are taken before the new construction. The appartment gave us the feeling of living in a basement because all windows have something in front of them (bars, high fence, other buildings). As soon as we arrived and saw the situation we notified both host and booking.com and left. We asked for a full refund and initially the host agreed but we only got 4/5 nights back.
