Hezké, čisté. Kávovar na kapsle. Klidná lokalita.

Okna na úrovni ulice. Hluk z ulice při otevřených oknech. Nedostatek úložného prostoru (pouze úzká skříň). Dál od centra a nádraží (pár zastávek busem/20 minut pěšky), což je ale vzhledem k povaze Břeclavského centra možná výhoda…

Miejsce idealne w trakcie podróży do Austrii. Klimatyzacja w środku. Czysto. Jest mikrofala, ale nie ma palnika/płyty.
