Zdjęcia nie są aktualne. Mieszkanie jest brudne i zagracone. Urządzenia w kuchni lepiły się od brudu. Aneks kuchenny jest już podniszczony, widać że był po prowizorycznych ale nieudanych naprawach. Największy problem jest z elektryką, nie można używać kuchenki przy włączonej klimatyzacji ponieważ wywala korki które są w piwnicy budynku. Właściciel nie dał kluczy do tej piwnicy więc trzeba prosić sąsiadów żeby pożyczyli. Pościel stara i brudna a stary obrus pełni rolę nakrycia na noc. W sypialni jest duża szafa ale dostępna tylko w połowie, prawe drzwi są zamknięte na stałe a w środku wiszą jakieś ubrania. W mieszkaniu widać drobne insekty.

Location was ok, near to a center and a bus station.

We are a group of people that love traveling and we not too demedful about accomodation.The main problem was on the last day of our vacation, the owner of our apartmant was very rude and yelling at us on the parking lot. They never explain to us anything about parking, and we were packing our stuff to the car at that moment. Just to mention that the parking was all empty. Also the airconditioning unit is too small for the apartment and is working with issues, noisy and too weak for the apartment. Too much moist in the apartment walls. Furniture is old and dusty. The bathroom is actually a balcony turned into a bathroom by renovation, very small and inconvenient for such purpose. The apartment was out of electricity for 4.5 hours in the evening/ night.

Parcheggio su una rampa di accesso ai locali sotterranei non utilizzata, all'interno di un cortile privato, chiuso con cancello. B&B situato al 4 piano, non rumoroso. assolato e ventilato La Sig.ra Ornella molto gentile e disponibile, che Ti saluta la mattina prima di lasciare l'alloggio, senza particolare pressione. Posizione abbastanza centrale, con una passeggiata si raggiunge facilmente il centro città.

Il 3' letto è un divano grande allungabile. Cmq per una coppia va benep.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo appartamento a Cagliari e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L’ambiente era pulitissimo, ordinato e curato nei dettagli. Il letto comodo ci ha garantito un ottimo riposo, e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la tranquillità dell’appartamento nonostante la posizione centrale, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, disponibile e ha comunicato in modo chiaro ed efficace, rendendo il check-in semplice e senza stress. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un alloggio comodo, accogliente e in ottima posizione a Cagliari. Ci torneremmo volentieri!

Much nicer than most of the properties that we were considering. Quite homey😊

The biggest issue was the AC. Apartment has only one AC. And since it is quite old it took quite some time to cool down the apartment🙁 It was quite unfortunate that apartment wasn’t cooled down at least a bit before our arrival. One more AC in the bedroom would be a nice addition to the apartment, which, as I mentioned was appointed much better than the rest of them offered on Booking.com One more thing that was very odd in 21st century is the basic lock on the door leading to the building parking lock🤷🏻
