Ammoudia Residence

Clean, comfortable, spacious. It is our second time here, and it was perfect once again. My family loves it!

Ammoudia is a great destination for families. We enjoyed our stay and we felt so comfortable. The owners are polite, honest, kind and very helpful. The property was in perfect condition and very clean. Very spacey apartment (2 adults, 2 children and there's enough space for more). There's equipment to cook, bed protection for our 2y kid. There's also a great garden, protected from the street which is great for kids and also to drink a beer/coffee. Even though the area has mosquitoes (because of the river), we had NO issue by them. Doors/widows are protected with screens and in addition, double glass windows makes the apartment so silent.

Something was broken on a central water pipe in the area, and as a result the water pressure was very low. But this was not an apartment's fault.

Everything was perfect. Great location, beautiful apartment. Alexandros and his lovely wife are very friendly. We really enjoyed in beautiful Ammoudia and for sure we will back.

Absolutely nothing

Comfortable, pleasant, clean, spacious. Very kind and helpful host. Location is great: few steps away from the river bank (few restaurants & shops) with only 5 minutes walk to the beach - and yet peaceful. I would highly recommend it for families with children, ideal for big families. Everything we wanted, and more!
