Giancarlo was an exceptional host. Everything in the apartment was in great shape. He offered excellent advice and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. I cannot recommend him enough.

La situation avec un arrêt de bus au pied de l immeuble était parfait pour éviter de prendre la voiture

L isolation n est pas top car l immeuble n est pas récent mais le quartier est calme..

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with toiletries. The private parking was a great convenience. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. Giancarlo was exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond by picking us up from the airport, offering refreshments, and offered to show us around Poetto Beach. A highly recommended stay.

The only issue was the washing machine, which was dirty and mouldy. Unfortunately, we were not able to use it, and improving this would make the property truly perfect.

El personal fue muy agradable, los proporciono todo lo necesitaría para que la estancia fuese agradable. El desayuno fue muy abundante y con todo lo que le solicitamos. La ubicación es perfecta en el centro de Olbia.

Quizás el sofá cama no fue del todo cómodo, lo demás todo genial.

No suelo poner reseñas pero Giancarlo, el propietario, un encanto de hombre. Desde el primer momento muy atento, poniendo facilidades, ofreciéndose a recogernos temprano porque nuestro vuelo venía muy pronto y nos dio muchas recomendaciones de lugares, comer, playas, etc. Apartamento genial, con todo lo necesario y muy cerca del dentro a 5 minutos en bus. Sin duda, repetiré Cagliari y por supuesto, en el apartamento de Giancarlo.
