"Great location and kind host ."

The location was good, very nice& kind host Great place to stay for family of teenagers for few days to explore the town . Great restaurant next to the flat.

It took a while till we understood how the Aircon can work fully so in the beginning was very hot in the room .It was great if there was instructions. People with mobility issues/not fit will have hard time as the stairs very steep. Limiting cooking facilities if you want to stay for longer than 2-3 nights.

"Central stay in Cagliari"

The location was really good, very central and just a quick 7 minute walk and elevator ride to the house. The flat was really comfortable and bigger than it looked on the photos. The beds were very nice, a good night's sleep and the apartment very clean.

Nothing to say, just missing toilet paper. Otherwise perfect stay

The apartament was clean and cozy, location was just perfect to explore the city. Giovanna was the most helpful host, she answered and helped me with all my questions. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Minu and if we ever come back to Cagliari, we would love to come back to Giovanna’s place!
