The location of the apartment is very good - nearby central streets and bus station. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Downstairs is also very good local restaurant and nearby are nice cafes. The host Max is very kind and gave us all necessary information for self check-in. He was also always available for any additional information.

The dining table is not like on the photos, however the apartment is nice to stay in.

Very good location. Beautifully and tastefully decorated apartment with a comfortable bed. Very polite and professional hosts, with a personal welcome and a smooth check-out. They provided all the practical information needed for getting around the city and surrounding areas (the southern part of the island and nearby beaches). The apartment was very quiet despite being located in the center of Cagliari.

The entry to the property sounded a little complicated as there were three doors to unlock but the hosts sent detailed instructions and pictures which made it really easy. Everything was provided although no details on how to work the TV, washing machine etc. but we are well travelled so was able to work this out but a local map would have been helpful but we picked several up at the tourist office and left some in the apartment. Great air con in all rooms which was great as it was pretty hot whilst there. We had a late flight so was able to leave our luggage in the locked cupboard downstairs. The apartment contains lots of quirky art work and a very Italian feel about it. Pretty close to all the attractions and the lovely marina area. It is easy to get the bus to Poetto beach from Via Roma nearby.

One bedroom was quite small compared to the larger one. Bathroom toilet pull cord takes a little getting used to to give a good flush. The apartment is above a restaurant which was a little noisy on one evening but not too bad and very handy if you want a meal without going too far. Be aware that the lift is very small but works very well.

El departamento estaba limpio, era gigante, muy bien equipado, buena ubicación y el host (Max) se comunicó desde un principio y estuvo muy bien predispuesto, también me recomendó playas y restaurantes que resultaron excelentes.

Apartament is located in the city center, with walking distance to multiple good restaurants and shops as well as city landmarks and sea side, which makes the visit very comfortable. The apartment is also very spacious and it’s a good pick for longer stays if you don’t have a car.

We picked this property because it was advertised as the one with parking option. We travelled with our car and it was very important to us to have it close to us. Unfortunately we ended up parking our car 500m from the apartment on very busy unattended street, as there was no parking close to the apartment opposite to what was advertised. Additionally WiFi was unreliable and with weak signal as if it wasn’t belonging to the apartment itself.

wifi connection was very poor, not enough to use our phones in the rooms chair provided for our 1 year old was not sturdy enough to use on a glass table
