Magnífica ubicación y comodidades tanto en el piso como en la urbanización

Era amplio.

Estuvimos toda nuestra estancia sin poder entrar a la piscina, porque habían perdido la llave. Y la agencia encima estuvo aparte de marearnos, haciéndonos perder dos días diciendo que esperáramos que nos traían la llave de camino y sin poder salir del apartamento porque se suponía que venían a traerla. La llave nunca llegó, pusimos una reclamación y aún encima nos decían que no podían hacer nada y sin ninguna recompensa por haber pagado un alojamiento con piscina y no haberla tenido ni por el tiempo perdido. La tele solo se podían ver 3 canales porque el resto pedían contraseña.

Great location near the beach, good apartment located in a quiet residential area. We were able to check in earlier, which was very nice as we travelled with small kids.

Not even 1 toilet paper roll upon arrival. Pool could be cleaned more often as a lot of pigeons sit around the pool and leave their droppings. Be aware that the company takes 250 EUR deposit prior check in, which was not fully returned to us due to ridiculous reasons. It is unfair practice. Adjust your pricing upfront to avoid customer's dissatisfaction.
