La struttura è un palazzo antico affascinante, la posizione è perfetta nelle mura della città e non lontana dalla fermata del trasporto per la stazione o aeroporto. Hanno un parcheggio di fronte. Lo staff è disponibile e gentile.

Purtroppo manca di pulizia e manutenzione. Con più cura sarebbe perfetto.

Miguel was a wonderful on site manager, and very easy to approach and helpful. The tourist section of town and many basic services were just a few steps away--bank, Calle 59, cathedrals, parks, malecon (seaside walkway) with accompanying 8pm light show, groceries, etc. I felt very safe at all times. The parking garage was directly across from the door, and the guys even washed my car for less than 100 pesos! Super hot shower with a ton of water pressure. Best shower I have ever taken in Mexico, ever, and I am a resident. (Wear your flip flops though, looks grimy). The bed wasn't as uncomfortable as it looks, actually not a bad mattress. Air conditioning! Wifi was strong too! All the guests were good to meet, really nice people from small families to traveling couples from other countries inhabited the 15 rooms divided between 2 open court yards. I made new friends from Guatemala and the UK! So glad I rented just for that fact. However.... continued....

Above our shared courtyards (all rooms opened into a small shared courtyard, and only thin glass existed to insult all guests from the noise of all other guests. No rules were posted and a group of guys from the UK drank and laughed all night while listening to their phone music. Not great. The refrigerator was packed with food, and most of it abandoned by previous guests. The bedrooms are small, but very old world spanish looking, cool in a peeling paint way. However, and of most note was the dance studio that shared a wall above this open courtyard, Escuela Superior de Danza "Ana Rosa Cáceres de Baqueiro". Blasting music and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 yelled to students over this "music" cacophony at all hours! All the way to midnight was this horrible, constant, blast of noise and variety of types of music from classical piano to American Pop like Ariana Grande to Techno Dance pieces, but in little repeated stanzas, like 15 seconds of that same piece on repeat for 30 minutes. It was maddening! Some guests yelled, screamed, whistled up to the open windows (we could not get our attempts even heard over all the volume!), others complained loudly to the door man at the escuela, and we begged Miguel the onsite manager until he called the owner, Geraldo, who called and asked for a reprieve. No mercy given to us Plebians down in the cheap hotel though. Most people left to rent other areas. I just tried to deal with both pillows pressed onto my head. This is not exactly a hotel, but more of a hostel. Just that each room has a private bathroom. So, think more of a casual place to socialize than a quiet place to sleep and shower. The whole place needs painting, and the kitchen needs a good cleaning.

La propreté et le confort est mediocre. La cuisine n’est jamais nettoyée et le frigo était plein de moisis. Le ménage de l’hostel n’a pas été fait une seule fois de tout notre séjour. La peinture tombe des murs et fait plein de poussière dans les chambres

Bonne emplacement. Tranquille.

La cuisine manque d'entretien. La salle de bain aussi. Notre chambre avait clairement besoin de rénos. Le plâtre des murs nous tombait dessus!
