"Peaceful apartment with fantastic terrace and gorgeous views!"

We loved our stay here! Beautiful out of the way location in quiet peaceful neighbourhood. We always enjoyed the 30minute walk into Cannobio and the shorter walk to Orrido di Sant’anna where you can swim. The terrace was perfect with a lovely view of the mountains and Francesca and Mauro were such nice hosts. We would definitely come back here!

It did get very hot in the upper bedroom without air conditioning and the upstairs bed was quite uncomfortable. We’d still definitely recommend Casa Alice though!

Francesca is an excellent host. She welcomed us with coffee, snacks and a bottle of prosecco. The apartment is modern and well-equipped. The huge balcony is beautiful. One of the best apartments I’ve been for holiday in the last couple of years.

it was a beautiful apartment sorrounded by lovely scenery in a quiet residential area. We had a wonderful welcome and kind hospitality from Francesca. She was very helpful and informative. It was very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful relaxing time.
