The Studio Armidale

Excellent well-appointed garden studio with everything you could need. Super friendly hosts. Very comfortable & roomy, surrounded by delightful gardens.

We booked this property as we had a wedding in Armidale, there wasn't much left to choose from, but this property sounded lovely. It was a beautiful quaint little studio, the bed was comfortable, near new bathroom and laundry with a Bosch washing machine. It had all you needed in the bathroom; you weren't going to run out of anything. It was like being at home, it had everything in the cupboards that you could need and was nice and spacious for the two of us. It had a keypad entry, so it was great for getting in and out without worrying about losing a key. The husband-and-wife team were just lovely.

The pillows were horrible [good thing we always take our own]. It's not outlined in the description, but the studio is basically at the end of the owner's carport and about 10m from their door. It didn't offer any privacy with curtains on all windows, but every window allowed the owners to see in so if they were open, you could see right in, and if they were closed it was just dark, the clothesline was right beside us so they can just walk past and look straight in. There was nowhere outside we could go and sit in privacy without knowing that you might be being watched, not that we were doing anything, but privacy is nice when you go away. Half the property was all old furniture with - it was like old meets new, but very functional.

Extremely well appointed and large studio apartment with all the creature comforts of home and then some!! Will stay again and again, love it.

There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like….

Everything and more was supplied - such a lovely place to stay, it just felt like home.

There was nothing to not like.

There is a key code and I was shown on arrival how to use it. Very easy.

Nothing to fault.

The standard of finish, fit out of the Studio was of the highest standard. It was well equipped with first rate decor and appliances, air con, everything first class. The quality of linen and towels was superior.

A bit confusing knowing how to access the property as no message sent. Had to call the owner. But very helpful when we did. It is not a short walk to the centre of town, but a nice location.
