Nothing to be unhappy with.

Extremely comfortable & immaculately clean

Very roomy and comfortable , kitted out with absolutely everything we could need, clean and updated facilities, super friendly and helpful owners.

We recognised fastidious cleanliness. Quality fittings and equipment. Outlook and access to gardens. Very quiet.

The front door was glass with a cloth curtain and we were always conscious of being decently dressed and a little on display

Perfectly clean and quiet. I lovely kept studio big enough for a family. small supermarket within walking distance

Not walking distance to central Armidale but it doesn't really matter as you are likely to have a car and everything is 6 minutes

Availability of aircon and ceiling fan was great as it was very hot and humid. Lovely sheets and bathroom towels and bed was extremely comfortable. Decor and lighting gave the apartment great ambience and artwork on walls was very interesting. Hosts were lovely too and helpful. A wonderful experience at this property and have already discussed with other family members about using this apartment if accommodation is required.

I did feel that facecloths could have been supplied in bathroom, but with everything else supplied in the entire apartment it was a very minor detail and didn’t affect my stay.

The owners had provided us with information about opening times over Christmas of cafes in the area which was very helpful and considerate. As we had hail it was helpful and a relief that we could use the undercover parking while they were away. The bathroom is large and modern and the whole studio is very comfortable and looks out onto a lovely courtyard area.

It was perfect, great hosts, great location, we will definitely stay again next time we come down. Lots of toiletries, tea and coffee. Fresh towels, great big comfy bed. Perfect.

I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like, everything was great.

The Studio was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained. The spacious interior gave us plenty of room to relax in. We would definitely recommend this property.
