"Lovely cosy cottage with everything you need"

We loved staying at this property. It is just out of Armidale with farm views and is very cosy. It is well fitted out with a great kitchen and bathroom.

"Fantastic place and location"

We had the most amazing time at two dog folly. The studio was comfortable,clean with all modern amenities. The location is fabulous, it is peaceful and so relaxing sitting on the deck watching the birds and kangaroos. We would happily go back. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us

"A pleasant stay."

The bed was very comfortable and the studio and furnishings were well presented.

Creaky floor boards. Sign for directions at venue was not very accurate.
