Great location, quaint, comfortable and peaceful.

Beautiful little studio in a great spot. Everything you need, a perfect little deck, clean and tidy. I’ve already booked my next stay.

We stayed in front accommodation of the two adjoining cottages situated on a rural block close to town . The cottage was well equipped and beautifully presented. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely comfortable bed and nice big bath. Nice balcony and lawn area in front for traveling with pets. Very well equip kitchenette that would useful if staying for longer.

Wasn't an issue for me but do be aware that you can hear the person in the next apartment, not them talking or the TV just them moving around.

Our gps had problems locating the property. I don’t know if it was the phone service or the fact they we took the fastest route which added around 1 hour to the trip?

Dog friendly great coffee and extra touches

Excellent accommodation, everything provided to enable self catering, comfy bed, clean, renovated and all equipment functioning, useable wifi, nice to have coffee pods and hosts that went above and beyond to help. And a great location for fine weather with views. Would definitely stay again if passing through Armidale.

Lovely picturesque spot. Couldn't get cook top to work! Bed very comfortable. A bit close to adjoining studio.

Easy to locate and good communication from owner. Everything was described clearly. Arrival process was easy.

The bath was a little too high to step into for shower. I found the couch a little uncomfortable for 2 people to relax.
