A/C as it was cold for 4 Queenslanders who had arrived from the Sydney train after dark. It was good to arrive and have no trouble with instructions for unlocking door. Very comfortable and welcoming accommodation. I was also able to easily walk to the local Aldi which was around the corner.

Being a "greenie" I would have liked some native shrubs around the property particularly as we like to visit Armidale in autumn for the colours of the season.
