Sehr netter und herzlicher Empfang, sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter, Brötchenservice, viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten( Eier und Zirbenschnaps und Blaubeermarmelade als Willkommensgruss, als Verabschiedungsgeschenke selbstgemachte Kräutertee und Kräuter:-)) Skischuhtrockner war auch klasse!

We stayed here with our family while visiting the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region, and it was a great experience. The apartment was very spacious. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even plenty of toys for our kid. Everything was crystal clean, stylish, and comfortable. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but it had absolutely everything we needed. Our host, Michael, was incredibly kind and helpful. He even let our child collect eggs from his chickens (and gifted them to us, which made our kid’s day). There are also rabbits and guinea pigs to see, plus a playground right there. Perfect for kids. Location-wise, it’s about a 20-minute drive to Serfaus, and only 8 minutes by car to Billa for groceries, so very convenient. For us, it was the perfect base to explore the mountains and enjoy family time. Highly recommended!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Gastgeber empfangen, Michael führte uns durch das Haus, hat alles erklärt. Es gab kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie ein Willkommensgeschenk, frische Eier, Brotbestellservice, Abschiedsgeschenke. Er war jederzeit für uns da, es gab gute Gespräche. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zu Details eingerichtet und dekoriert. Aus der Wohnung wurde das Optimum herausgeholt, so gab es zwei schöne Schlafzimmer mit zwei separaten WC/Dusche, eine Kochnische und einen Wohn- / Essbereich. Dazu noch einen kleinen Balkon und die Möglichkeit im EG zu grillieren. Die Kids liebten die Kleintiere wie Hasen und Meerschweinchen. Wir können auf jeden Fall den Gastgeber und die Wohnung im kleinen Dorfteil Untertösens empfehlen. Ruhe pur!

Schade ist nur der fehlende Dampfabzug und durch den Platzmangel hat es nur zwei Herdplatten, aber man ist ja erfinderisch und somit konnten wir auch mit den Umständen sehr gut umgehen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen!

L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere gli impianti e le varie attrazioni. È fornito di tutto il necessario, arredato con cura. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e gentilissimi: abbiamo trovato dei regali di benvenuto (uova fresche, marmellata e liquore fatti in casa); Michael prendeva l'ordine per il pane ogni giorno per la mattina successiva. Disponibilissimo anche per consigli pratici su dove mangiare o quali escursioni poter fare. Nostra figlia ha apprezzato tantissimo la zona giochi proprio sul pianerottolo della camera, i giochi che abbiamo trovato in appartamento e quelli del giardino dove ogni giorno potevamo salutare vari animali: galline, coniglietti, porcellini d'india e il bellissimo gatto di casa. Per concludere in bellezza, regalini per tutti prima della partenza! Consiglieremmo di alloggiare qui a chi decidesse di visitare la zona!

These are Appartments. Very good accomodation, I have no complain. The owner is very nice, interested adn helpful. If I were to go to the area in the future, I would definitely use the services of this accomodation and no other.
