We arrived early in city. We were told that we could store luggage in lockers in the building. After we reached the building, we were told that we could not use lockers and had to walk to a different location to store luggage. Room was not ready even at official check in time and had to be cleaned after we got in. We booked this apartment as it had 2 bathrooms. However, one of the bathrooms did not have a shower and the door was broken so it stayed open. Effectively, this made it where the toilet in this bathroom was unusable. This was brought to attention of staff, but not fixed during out stay. The wifi did not work also.

Large apartment. Clean. They provided me with 2 towels for a 4 night stay and I requested additional towels and they wanted to charge me $20 more dollars. I explained that what I’m asking for was simply the bare essentials and Bruno agreed and gladly sent over additional towels and a sheet for the bed. Parking instructions were unclear but Bruno resolved the issue quickly.

The area is dirty with trash all on the streets and graffiti all over the walls. I was shocked to see this filth in Spain. I saw a homeless man outside a church sleeping on the floor. I was all over Andalusia and didn’t experience such filth. I walked to the Center which is a 30 minute walk and it’s so different. It’s clean and not so much graffiti on the walls or filth on the grounds. Looks a lot better and safer too. The place can use a good touch up. The door in the bathroom doesn’t close. Door is too large for the opening. Baseboards need to be replaced. Parking is not in the building. It’s about 10-15 walk to an underground parking garage and cost 15 euros a day.

The flat is very dark- I guess there is nothing to do about it. There is a constant toilet smell and some sheets were with the marks.

Very good location ,walking to atractiones. Nice furnitures.

Bad wi-fi

The apartment is nice, clean and complete with what we need. It’s. Also close to restaurants and mini supermart. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Good location, about 20-min walk from the city center. The apartment is set all the way back, away from the street so it was quiet at night. There are some very nice coffee and tapas places nearby. Good neighborhood, clean and safe. We liked that there were two toilets, very convenient.

The apartment is very dark, we needed to use the lights since the morning and throughout the day. The patio is not really usable. The bed is quite small, I think 190x120 so keep that in mind if you are large/tall. Very thin (I think feather) pillows. I didn't like that there was no duvet cover, only a sheet at the bottom side. That seemed unhygienic, especially since the duvet was stained. But what really bothered me is that they put a plastic mattress protector under the sheet. It rustled at night and made me super hot (normally I never sweat while sleeping). Combined with polyester-cotton sheet, it was like being stuffed in a hot plastic sandwich. The apartment could use a deep clean and some upkeep - kitchen cabinet and fridge doors do not close properly. If you planned on cooking, keep in mind that there was absolutely no essentials like salt, oil etc. We left some so hopefully they don't throw them away. Also, no dish sponge, kitchen towels, no shower gel and only two rolls of very thin toilet paper which was not enough for five days. The shower head was leaking and there was a musty (damp) smell when we first came in that took a very long time to air out.
