Preciosas Vistas a Catedral

Location, location, location! Wonderfully set-up apartment, had everything you could need. Really appreciated the coffee pods.

Brilliant apartment. Double bed very comfortable but single bed was too firm.

The male owner was very prompt with his reply but not the other personnel Patricia. He was very kind to assist for my early checkin and replace the faulty coffee maker. The apartment is central near to the attractions and if you need to store luggage it is allowable to store in a nearby hotel as advised by owner. The twin bed was comfortable and has a nice view of sunrise.

The bathroom tap has sound despite turn off, the apartment has no sound proof hence is noisy late at night and early morning. Queen size bed spring is making a sound. The apartment has a sewage smell and has room for renovation as it is old building where corridor lights switch available at level 1 and above only. Level 0 basement entry has no switch to control lightings and the level 3 lift door is faulty and cannoot close properly hence level 1 people unable to get the lift down.

Although it's on the 3rd floor you can still heard noise from the streets. Although it's not too bad. There are occasional noises coming from the basin in the bathroom.

It was really dirty. Floor was way too dirty and washer and shower had black mold. Dust was collected under the furniture. I think there is some sensor in the apartment that as soon as we left the place, the power was turned off. Can’t let the dishwasher running before we left. Worst part was that we came back to the really hot room after spending whole day in the heat. Shower was horrible. Can’t control the water temperature. Too hot. And there was a weird sound coming from the sink which disturbed our sleep.

The location was great for exploring some key old town highlights. The view from the apartment of the cathedral steeple and active cafe area below was wonderful. Lots of food options at your doorstep or within a short walk. The apartment layout was good, elevator a bit tight but worked without fail. The beds were comfortable and the space clean, with plenty of closet space. There were some nice lighting options for mood in the shared spaces. Lots of windows; so, I didn’t miss a balcony.

While it didn’t bother me, folks who need quiet for sleep will find it hard to miss the voices from the restaurants and nightly street clean-up noises that can run till the early morning hours. Check-in was not smooth at all and host support was not flexible. Also, no appliance manuals were available or host help; so, washer/dryer went unused. The apartment was heavily scented. However, this may have been temporary; as I learned when an insurance adjuster appeared to review water and mold damage from a recent incident.

The location was excellent and the facilities were of a very high standard.

Entry to the property was difficult and if it wasn’t for the cafe /bar owner next door we would still be trying to get in. The contact person who we had wasn’t all that helpful but once in the apartment we had an enjoyable week. Unfortunately the manufactured stone hand basin was faulty and the surface was crazed and breaking up. This is a high quality apartment and the owner seriously needs to do this repair for this exceptionally well located apartment.
