Trendy Penthouse by the Bullring

The terrace and location were great. Close to restaurants and attractions. Sunset on the terrace was great

The loud music and selfishness of the people in the next apartment. In our five night stay, my sons sleep was disrupted for four nights due to the loud music, singing, and dancing that continued from 1am until 10am. The noise from the lift, which was continuously in use throughout the night.

Posizione eccezionale, vicina a tutto ma in strada tranquilla. Spazi buonissimi, accoglienti, luminosi. Eravamo in 4 e con due bagni è stato perfetto. Terrazzo impagabile, la sera non sarei mai voluta rientrare in casa! Si sentiva la musica da Triana, si vedeva il passeggio serale.. Bellissimo. Ci tornerei!

Unici difetti la mancanza di una accoglienza "umana" (Solo on line so che ora usa così ma non mi piace) e la mancanza di bidè. .... Sembra sciocco ma..... Serve!

The location was fantastic, balcony brilliant, clean bedding and towels. Aircon worked well and kitchen was well equipped.

Our stay was cut short after two nights of the most horrendous noise and partying from the adjacent apartment. Our walls were banging and glasses in the cupboards shaking and this went on from 22.45 to 8am the first night and 23.00 to 5.30 am the next….it was relentless, loud, booming, lots of young people shouting, singing etc. The only break we had was after a commotion in the hallway, sounded like someone complaining….it went quiet for 30 mins then right back at it. It was actually quite scary and intimidating. We tried banging on the door on the walls, over the balcony etc. Eventually we rang the agents who said they would call the police. Obviously they didn’t come. This may have been a one off? Although the agents were sympathetic, they weren’t able to provide any alternative accommodation so refunded us the remaining nights of our stay. We found ourselves a beautiful apartment nearby. Also, as our bedroom was next to the front door, ordinarily the noise from the lift was annoying but paled into significance because of the other noise.

We had an amazing time staying here! The team was incredibly helpful all the way through the weekend assisting us with some flat or area questions, and the reply time was usually less than 30 mins. The location is perfect, very close to all Seville main sights, and the supermarket downstairs makes groceries shopping so much easier. But the best bit is a terrace, the view and the relaxing vibes really made our stay unique! I would strongly recommend booking this property for a long weekend with friends!

There is a little bit of noise coming from the flats around and sometimes from the bullring outside during the performances, but nothing extreme.

Fantastic terrace and really close to all main sites

Excellent location, close to sights, restaurants, and grocery stores. Really nice apartment, very well equipped; kitchen and bathroom had many every day supplies and then some. Terrace was lovely with sunset views. Great communications and service from host, fairly easy self check-in.

No complaints at all!

Was meant to be able to collect keys from a lockbox which would have been great. We phones the number given once we realized we couldn't get in and someone arrived within 30 mins of us realizing the keys weren't there. Otherwise, absolutely would recommend this place it was perfect!

The keys weren't actually in the lockbox so someone had to come and let us in

Only thing wrong was I expected the bathrooms to be en-suite?
