The hosts were waiting for us at the place

Great central location for visiting major sites on foot, quiet, spacious and clean, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, public car parking at reduced rate was booked for us which was helpful.

Sofa bed was perhaps not as comfortable as it could have been

Personnel très efficace et attentif. Excellent emplacement, proche de tout à pieds. Appartement très beau, très calme et parfait pour 4.

Le salon peut-être étroit pour 4 adultes.

La proximité avec les sites touristiques

L'accès avec la voiture, les traces d'humidité dans l'appartement, le lit canapé de très mauvaise qualité, les chasses des wc cassés

The location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral, on a surprisingly quiet street for traffic. The apartment is very tastefully decorated in a modern contemporary style. An excellent small kitchen area.

The two extra dining chairs should be more comfortable padded armchairs if 4 people are staying, but were useful as extra dining chairs.

Very central, clean, easy access.

Despite the agreement made whilst talking on the phone to call 40 mins in advance prior to arriving and asked explicitly if this can happened before the regular checkin and confirmed by personnel, at the arrival we received a message that the person who will give us the keys will come in about 1 hour. Not the best experience to wait if you already an agreement. After several calls the person came after 45 mins.

Close to the Cathedral and other attractions. The apartment was clean, the WiFi and TV worked fine. The host met us in person so there was no drama finding the keys in a lock box or fumbling with a lock box combination to get in the apartment.

The apartment itself is a wonderful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom place. We travelled with our elementary age children and it was great for them to have their own room and bathroom. The apartment is in a fabulous location 5 minutes walk from the largest cathedral in Europe and Real Alcazar is a minute past the cathedral. The bullfighting ring is an 8 minute walk the other direction from the apartment. We enjoyed cooking one dinner in the apartment, two breakfasts and one lunch. Our children have dietary allergies so it is nice to cook sometimes while traveling. We also used the washing machine, which worked well. We would stay here again!

The young lady who meet us to hand us the keys does not seem to enjoy her job. She was cold and seemed annoyed to have to let us in although it was around 5pm. When we wanted to ask questions she seemed bothered (maybe she was just having a bad day). Other than that brief interaction, the apartment itself is wonderful and a fabulous location to walk to the main attractions of Sevilla.
