I had no reply regarding our late arrival to the accommodation. Just before we were due to arrive we were informed that an additional charge would be made of 50 euros! That was a shame.

The location was great. It was very clean.

There was no way to make an acceptable coffee. The beds were good in the room, but the couch was not comfortable. The internet was inexistant in the room.

Location and facilities. We had a problem and we got nice response. Bed and pillows really comfortable.

The description is not accurate due to there is not soundproof(see fotos) and isolation. We reported a problem with the ventilation, I hope it can be resolved due to the bath room has a big hole on the wall (see photo).

the flat was very pleasant and the location made it a very convenient place to stay.

having paid the non-returnable fee, I felt like I was being sandbagged to be presented with a compulsory questionnaire about who we were, together with extra conditions for staying at the flat. I was told by the person who brought the keys that I should just ring the office if I had difficulty in arranging a taxi, and it would do it for me. but when I contacted the office it just said it didn't provide that service. I also reported pre-existing damage and faulty lightbulbs, which were "noted" - contrast customer service where we stayed in Cordoba whose response was, "when can we come to replace them". so, nice flat, nice location, pity about the customer service.

Hosts were exceptional!

The location of the apartment was ideal for exploring the old town. It was conveniently located to main visitor attractions, shops, restaurants and bars. Everything was in a easy walking distance. The facilities of having a fridge and tea/coffee making equipment was good and useful.

The apartment was small and in the bathroom/shower areas you did not have room 'to swing a cat'. This made it very difficult when two of the guests were 6Ft 2". Ventilation in one of the bathroom areas was by opening a window - due to this the ceiling above the shower area had obvious mould and was unsightly. I would warn guests to be careful when using Booking.com that the 35 images do not clearly represent which apartment you will be using when booking. The communication from the provider showed me 1 image that matched the Booking.com website and unless you worked for the company you would not know which one that correlated to. We were disappointed with the apartment we got because it was not what we thought had been booked. Every day is a school day!
