We would have appreciated having a laminate copy of the Hosts phone numbers in the apartment we had an emergency on the 3rd night did not realise in our state of panic we needed to try all 4 phone numbers to get someone to answer. The apartment kitchen was flooding at speed this activated the alarm we had great difficulty stopping the alarm thankfully my Husband is very practical he managed to switch the water supply off and eventually stop the alarm. The apartment is VERY unloved issues mentioned some months ago not sorted bulging tiles on kitchen wall, shutter in second bedroom, electric kettle leaks profusely, new one promised it never arrived, tried the spare one in the cupboard it tripped the electric. Everything is very basic unmatching crockery, glasses and cutlery. No reading lamps, armchair has uneven legs, no pillow protectors. One reason we booked the apartment was for the jacuzzi bath it is not working apparently waiting for a part to come from Madrid!

We had some nice neighbors, the place had a great view and is pretty central. If you need to go to one end of the island 30/40 minutes is all it takes. Parking and internet are free.

The location was great - right across the beach and close to all amenities including bus station. The apartment was very spacious (especially for a couple!) and well equipped. And most importantly...nothing could beat the amazing views from the bedroom and the terrace plus the sound of waves at night! Also, a big thank you to Maria who was very helpful during our stay x

We liked the location. Lovely view from the balcony. The beach is across the road. It is a very spacious apartment and immaculate. There are restaurants, bars and mini markets within 5 mins walk. There is access to Netflix on the TV and a sound system in the living room which you can Bluetooth to your phone. The beds are comfortable. Loads of wardrobe space. The staff are easy to contact and responsive. Had no trouble gaining access on arrival and staff were able to have it ready before check-in time, which we appreciated.

I would have given this apartment full marks, but for these drawbacks. 1. There are no homely features in this apartment. It is so plain... just a white space with minimal furnishings. If the weather was bad, I would not want to spend much time there. 2. It needs a new shower head, and the towels are very tired. 4. The balcony furniture is so uncomfortable and hard. 5. Kitchen utensils (pots) need an upgrade.
