Alameda 1851 Penthouse - Private terrace and jacuzzi

Le jacuzzi qui fonctionne sur la terrasse sans vis à vis, l’emplacement de l’appartement proche de beaucoup de choses, rue calme et sympa.

Attendre 1h30 devant l’appartement le premier jour pour que quelqu’un finisse par nous répondre quand on demande notre code d’accès. Aucune personne physique n’est là en cas de problème, l’IA qu’ils utilisent à ses limites. Électroménagers cassés, pas de four dans la cuisine, salle de bain qui sent l’égout, entrée bruyante.

La distribución del apartamento y la terraza privada con Jacuzzi. Todo muy bien decorado y moderno, merece la pena ir, repetiremos en otra ocasión.

Aunque la zona y su ubicación para el turismo es perfecta, para ir con vehículo propio es una odisea, el parking más cercanos es carísimo, una noche 40 €.

The location was excellent

We could not open the door to the apartment, it could not be opened remotely. Had to call the manager several times, eventually maintenance attended and took the automated handle off the door, to adjust. It was very worrying wondering whether we could get back into apartment each time we went out. The jacuzzi was not working, it was filled with rubbish and cold when we arrived. After numerous phone calls, it was eventually sorted, we never got the jets/bubbles working. Used the jacuzzi on our last evening, VERY DISAPPOINTING. We never found the advertised swimming pool!! There are two bathrooms and one bedroom on one level. With a second bedroom on a mezzanine level, meaning going up and down stairs, if needing the bathroom at night. Not suitable for elderly or physical disabled people.

Mooi en modern appartement. Van alles voorzien. Goede locatie, op wandalafstand van centrum en alle monumenten, in een rustige buurt. Heel ruim. Leuk was ook dat er een flesje wijn, fles water, koffie, vaatwastabletten etc voorzien waren.

De jacuzzi werkt niet helemaal 100% Als je hierover een vraag stelt (+over bagageopslag) via whatsapp kreeg je geen persoonlijk contact maar was je met een bot aan het chatten. Dit is nogal onpersoonlijk.
