Rooms & Suites Balcony 3C - Central Arrecife, Lanzarote - Free Parking

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Very clean and spacious, the perfect size for 6 people. Very comfortable beds and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Good kitchen and laundry area too. Location is perfect, right in the middle of Arrecife and close to loads of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and taxis. Not too far from bus station either. Property management is also wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. We really appreciated the early checkin and late checkout.

Het appartement lag dicht bij het centrum, niet in een erg toeristisch gebied (voor ons fijn). Centrale ligging op het eiland, hierdoor is het zuiden en noorden makkelijk te bereiken in maximaal 40 minuten met de auto. De gastheer Jorge was zeer attent en reageerde altijd erg snel op vragen. Informatie vooraf was duidelijk en helder.

Logement spacieux et bien équipé. Il est situé proche du centre ville Idéal pour nous Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants de moins de 2 ans, tout à été mis à disposition pour le confort des adultes et des enfants : parfait ! Le parking en centre ville était un plus non négligeable.

The location was perfect for our family.

Quite a big, roomy place. perfect for our family. The kitchen is nice, a good size fridge, to store food and drinks.

No electric fan in one of the rooms. The A/C in the living is not functioning right, turn it on then a few minutes, it stops. Good thing a very nice breeze comes in thru the balcony. There was no chopping board in the kitchen.

Two of the bedrooms that were next to the street were kind of noisy

Rooms & Suites Balcony was absolutely stunning!!! The location, in the centre of Arrecife, was very convenient and perfect to visit the island. I was there with a small group of friends and we all loved the place immediately. The apartment is very spacious, new, stylish and very well decorated. The host, Jorge, has been extremely kind and helpful. We couldn't ask or expect more from our stay in Arrecife. I want to thank Jorge again for everything he did and for giving us the opportunity to relax and enjoy his fantastic apartment in Arrecife. It's a 10/10!!!!

There is nothing that me or my friends didn't like. Our stay was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful large 4 bed apartment with lovely balconies. Very spacious Comfortable bed and very large rooms. Modern kitchen with table.
