Champion Duplex Terrace and Garage Old Town 6 pax

De locatie is perfect. Het huis ligt in een gebied waar veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt zijn en een groot aantal Horeca gelegenheden. De winkelstraten zijn ook niet ver weg. Tevens is de eigen garage prettig, wij konden daar de huurfietsen goed in plaatsen (een auto kan er ook makkelijk in).

We hadden maar 1 set sleutels en dat is echt te weinig. Als je niet oplet sluit je jezelf buiten. Verder is er een erg prettig dakterras maar de tafel en stoelen die daar staan zijn zeer dringend aan vervanging toe. Mocht je veel moeite hebben met traplopen dan heb je ook een uitdaging.

De locatie was echt geweldig Verder fijn dat er 3 aparte slaapkamers waren met prima bedden Schoon beddengoed en handdoeken Het was schoon dat was ook prima.

Er waren ook onhygiënische componenten zoals 2 dikke rieten schermen in het woongedeelte heel stoffig en zorgde voor niesbuien bij allemaal. Het complex was aan een echte opknapbeurt toe Krakkemikkig zoals besteklade die slecht open ging Etc. Verweerde buitenmuren en krakkemikkige terrastafel en stoelen. Het meest vervelende waren de badkamers. 2 badkamers maar je kunt niet tegelijk douchen... Dus daar had je niet veel aan.

L emplacement est génial en plus avec un garage , tout est à max 15 min à pied , une decoration style Shabby chic , appartement cosy lits confortables lumineux , clim , la proprietaire tres reactive en cas de soucis

It is very near to city center. Our host is so kind to running the air conditioner before we’ve arrived. It has private parking and it is very comfortable.

Air conditioning can be better. It says three bedroom but has only two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds....

Great location. The host was very responsive.

The rustic decoration of antlers was a bit more than expected.

The big points were the Cleanliness and the Location. This is really inside Seville, withing walking distance of the cathedral and alcazar. With a supermarket on the next street, and shops also very near. Things were also very clean when we arrived, and there was no issue there.

The sound - you can hear everything here and you really need earplugs for this house. The pavement is cobbled and the cars passing, you can hear them. You can hear people talking in the street. The house has really old windows and don't block sound at all. I could hear the kids playing next door. The house, although it doesn't show in the photos, is old. The windows are old, there are a few places with mould and a few infiltrations, and it has a lot of stairs to go up and down every day.
