Die Lage war toll

Die Information über die Schlüsselübergabe erhielten wir erst auf Nachfrage. Zunächst bekamen wir eine Wohnung, die weder fertig noch sauber war. Nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte, bekamen wir eine andere Wohnung. Diese Wohnung war jedoch kaum ausgestattet, vor allem gab es keine richtigen Bettdecken. Wir haben in der ersten Nacht gefroren. Erst am nächsten Tag, nach einer weiteren Reklamation, bekamen wir Bettdecken und einige notwendige Utensilien. Außerdem war auch diese Wohnung nicht ausreichend sauber.

Emplacement parfait pour profiter de tout Séville à pied.

Logement inacceptable. L’hôte nous a d’abord dirigés vers un premier appartement insalubre, envahi par les moisissures et une forte odeur d’humidité, ce qui a immédiatement provoqué des crises d’asthme. Nous avons été déplacés dans l’appartement voisin, mais la situation était identique : humidité excessive, nombreuses taches de moisissures visibles et nouvelles crises d’asthme. Ces conditions sont dangereuses pour la santé et totalement inadmissibles pour une location.
