Location was good.

We woke up with a loud noise in the morning. There were sledgehammer and hammer sounds coming from upstairs. It was incredibly terrible. We couldn't stop in the house because of the noise. These noises continued during our stay at home. We reported the situation to the host. He said it was okay to come home and look at it. The landlord did not know about what happened in the building. We had to live in a building with repairs. We were very unhappy. I strongly condemn both the host and booking.com. Booking.com should guarantee to its customers that there is no repair in the houses and buildings it offers for sale before the sale. Examine the photos carefully. The waste container and safety strip in front of the building are proof of repair in the building. Look carefully at the balcony upstairs. You will see that the walls have collapsed and the windows are not. Look carefully at the table and chair in the backyard of the apartment. You can easily see the rubble and dirt on them. I think that evidence is enough. I would also like to record the terrible noise and present it to you.

The location was excellent, in a local area with lots of places to eat a short walk away. We could easily walk to the main attractions in c20 mins. Everything in kitchen and bathrooms functioned well. Good communication with the rental managers. Easy to use the lock box for keys.

A little noisy from above at night and some signs of damp (but we knew about this from other reviews and so was not a surprise or a problem for us). We would have like the entrance code slightly earlier in the day of arrival.

Very clean and nice. Air conditioning in rooms which was very helpful given the hot weather. Good amenities.

The sink in the onsuite didn't drain. Parking was very difficult and the roads around the apartment were extremely narrow.
