Property was so good, clean, quiet (no noise when trying to sleep) Close to everything and walkable to the tourist attractions and hop off/on bus

Not anyone's fault i guess but the last people didn't log out of the TV and we could not watch it at night when back (Netflix) etc and its a smart tv, you have to log your own details.

The apartment is comfortable and nice-looking, equipped with everything we needed. Everything is very convenient - kitchen, lamps, good curtains, etc. We didn't hear any noise from neighbours and overall the neighborhood is quiet. Some nice restaraunts and shopping malls nearby and a grocery store just 1 minute from the entrance.

One thing that surprised us is that we were requested to send the photos of our IDs and our selfies. None of the other hosts in Spain asked for these, it feels that it is too much personal data to share.

A large, beautifully presented two bedroom property. Updated amenities throughout ... perfect accommodation for a family of four. A short walk to Seville 'old town' attractions. Public parking also a short walk away (arranged with assistance from the property manager).

Nothing to fault with this property really. Not the cheapest apartment available in Seville, but excellent 'value for money' given the size and standard of the property.

cleanliness

if you need fast or decent internet or to do “home” working, you can forget it. the internet is too slow. and in my case there was no connection till the next day. and even the speed was not high enough to send emails or to use WhatsApp. so I bought a Vodafone 50 GB SIM card for 15 eur. parking is too far. and so tiny entrance. if you have a SUV it’s very difficult to park. and you would need to enter by reverse parking.

The host was amazing, so happy to provide us with anything we asked for.
