Stunning Townhouse - Walking to Botany Shopping Center

Nice, well equipped apartment. A 10-minute walk to shopping area.

Having to go into a booking.com account to retrieve the door code. Eventhough i had corresponded with the homeowner, this wasnt mentioned. We ended up having to place IDD call to the home owner after waiting for a longtime with no trace of property owner in sight. I didn't know that this was an AirBnB! It could have saved a lot of problems if we knew checking in wasn't as straightforward as a motel/hotel.

Beautiful apartment with everything you might need - extra blankets, iron and ironing board, coffee and tea - and really close to Botany township! Great communication also from host :)

Just a note for the hosts - I think the fridge may need adjusting. Everything in there - including the milk you kindly left me - ended up frozen! Just a quick fix no doubt :)

It was very quiet. It had everything that I have at home so I didn’t feel like I was out of place

I liked how modern, clean and well-equipped the house was. It was an excellent location, being so close to the ice skating rink. It was nice and quiet, despite being by a busy road. I liked the little courtyard area and the outlook onto the reserve.

The beds were nice and comfortable, but I would have liked a top sheet instead of just the duvet. We would have liked a mirror in the bedrooms. These are very minor things and we would definitely like to stay here again.

No tea/coffee. Pillowcases for extra pillow would be helpful.

It clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. Great location with the Botany town centre close by. Very quiet area.

There was no air con. Fans were in each room be air con would of been great as it was really warm at nights. No hand towels or face cloths but it wasn't a big deal.

The location was convenient for my purpose of stay. The provisions within the apartment made our stay much easier. These included all necessary accessories for the kitchen, laundry, and shower with fresh towels!! The apartment is neat, clean, and well kept. There was a car park space allocated to my unit. The arrival and departure were smooth with digital communications. I'd be happy to recommend Stunning Townhouse to anyone looking to stay around Botany

The improvements from my point of view: Due to small bedroom spaces, a wall fan & cooling/heating unit would save up floor space and clear wires on the floors. A full-length dressing wall mirror would be nice. (I was attending a wedding, so it was a little difficult not being able to have a full view of my final look) However, for all other days, the mirror in the shower was good enough. The summer heat made the apartment warmer. There were flies each time we opened the sliding door to let fresh breeze in, so screens on the sliding door would help curb this.
