The location

A few days after booking I had to have urgent eye surgery and was told i couldnt fly until further notice. It was four weeks before my stay. The property refused to cancel. Booking.Com also contacted them but they still tefused to cancel. I asked the property to offer the dates to other customers on Booking.com and if they were unable to fill the dates they could keep the payment. They refused to do so. I asked for a credit to stay in the apartment at a later date, they refused. A few days before my stay the property gave me one day to give them new dates to stay. I was still in hospital (after a third operation) and unable to do so. The property was aware of my hospital stays but chose not to help. Very disappointing as it looked like a nice property in a good location.

how close to all the amazing places to see

we was there for 9 days and was told there was no clean linen or bath towel change while our stay. when called the agent was greeted by you have a washing machine and tablets to wash them. had problems with hot water lasted 5 minutes then turn freezing cold reported this
