Appartamento situato in zona tranquilla a 20 minuti dal centro storico,fornito di tutto il necessario,molti locali caratteristici per fare un aperitivo o passare una serata si trovano nei pressi della struttura. Molto soddisfatti dell’accoglienza e della disponibilità della proprietaria

Utilizzando il condizionatore ci siamo accorti che andava in blocco dopo qualche minuto e la corte in cui si trova l’appartamento un po’ rumorosa

Acomodacao simples e agradável, nos atendeu super bem, só achei ruim não ter encontrado um pano de prato. Embora tenha escorredor.

Falta de pano de prato e não vi um rodinho de pia.

Viele gute kleine Details wie kleine Heizungskörper, viel Platz für Kleidung und anderes, Kaffee und Tee, Regenschirm (haben wir leider gebraucht!). Sehr gut gelegen und ruhig, sehr sauber.

Keine Parkplätze in der Nähe, aber wir konnten das Auto am Fluss 10 min zu Fuß entfernt kostenlos parken. Wenig Tageslicht, da die Wohnung ein Erdgeschoss ist mit Fenster nur zum Innenhof.

Dobra lokalizacja. Cicho i spokojnie. Do centrum można dojść w 15 min lub podjechać autobusem. Super kontakt z właścicielem. W kuchni ekspres, kawa, herbata. Wygodne materace. Grzejnik też się przydał, bo byliśmy w grudniu. Polecam

"Romanting and calm staying in the center of Sevilla"

The host allows us to enter the apartment earlier than the planned check in time and the automatic check in procedure was very well explained. The apartment is 25 minutes walking away from the main attractions in Sevilla but still in the very hearth of the city. Besides, it is outside the movida area so it was very calm to have proper sleep. The furniture was modern and included all the required amenities (including machine for laundry). The host offered the necessary for first breakfast and, close by, there is a very nice bakery!

If you prefer being inside the movida, you'd rather move more to the south, yet the cost will increase exponentially.
