Fantastic location, great sun terrace

Overall, more attention should be given to cleaning and maintenance. It was very dusty in places and could do with a paint refresh. Whilst out of your control, there was evidence in the communal foyer of a resident's dog having urinated on the gravel stones and behind the front door (in the foyer). No umbrella or seat pads for the terrace, and could do with more crockery

Everything is perfect in this place. We rented a 2 bedroom apartament with a private terrace. In addition to the apartment itself, which is very good and has included everything you need for a short period stay, the terrace is a plus that allowed us to enjoy a glass of wine whith the sunset as well as the view of the beautiful Sevilla “Cientro Histórico”. About the location: Sevilla historic center is a place that invites you to be explored, and the Gerona Apartments are strategicly located to allow you to move around the main attractions by walking. For example, to reach La Giralda and El Alcàzar is a pleasurable 10min walking. For those who are driving a car, there are many parking lots near the apartment: Parking Imagen and Escuela Pias specially, both are really close. Well, when in Sevilla we will definitely stay at Gerona Apartments again. Thanks for everything.

Excellent location in between Santa Justa and the centre.

1. I asked for an extra pillow and the staff said it was not possible. Strange for a managed property. 2. I enquired about leaving my bags several times before check in and every time I was told to check on the day of the check out. When I did I was told the office was closed on the weekend. It was clear I was checking out on the weekend so I could have been told that from the start. Furthermore, they should not advertise the property as having luggage store. 3. The AC on the second floor was not working on check in. They should check that before each guest so they don’t have to find out on the first night by freezing. 4. The condensation in the bathrooms is insane. They need an extractor fan.

The location was excellent and the apartment beds and furniture were very comfortable. Plenty hot water and showers were good. Very clean. The sun terrace was great.

The apartment is tastefully decorated but it does need a bit of redecoration as there are a lot of scuff marks on walls and the shower needs to be resealed. I also thought for hygiene purposes the beds should have mattress protectors as there was staining on these mattresses. It would have been nice to have left some water in the fridge for our arrival .

Host was really polite and attentive. It stood out. The flat was marvelous. So huge with a lovely rooftop terrace overlooking to Setas de Sevilla, a lovely sunset spot.

Very clean and comfortable in a good location

The beds were very comfortable, nice view from the rooftop terras. Well equiped kitchen. The location was nice, a 15 min walk to the very centre of the city, this part of the city felt very authentic with lots of locals eating and drinking in bars. Nice place to stay.

Nothing, we missed a coat rack near the door. That's all.

Location is amazing and the flat is fantastic too. It has everything needed, it is very calm and modern. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I recommend 100%.

The sofa was not clean.

We entered the apartment easily using codes given in booking messages. I liked the lift just next to the door. The location is ok, however, we couldn't find any cafe nearby to get a morning croissant. The apartment and its neighbourhood is quiet. there's a supermarket nearby. We loved the terrace with several churches around (hopefully no bell ringing!)

The biggest problem was clealiness of the apartment. There was a lot of dust under beds, walls were marked especially by the narrow stairs leading to the top floor, but the worst for me was a very smelly pillow in the wardrobe, why don't you throw it away???? Unfortunately the construction of the apartment does not enable to have a double bed in the lovely bedroom upstairs. The only wardrobe available is on the top floor. There is nothing to hang on your jackets when you enter the room... Not many sockets in the kitchen and only 3-4 coffee caps left for the 4 of us for 3 days!!! No tea, no water...

Great location , close by to the main tourist attractions, the lovely restaurant is just in front of the house, beautiful apartment for the fit of 4 people , 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen , absolutely lovely terrace and super nice and friendly staff who were always there for us
