Lujoso apartamento a los pies de la Catedral

Amazing location, beautiful apartment. Big open spaces inside that made it incredibly comfortable. The view is unimaginable…just looking at the Giralda from your living room with lovely balconies. Truly amazing.

Plumbing had a few issues while there. They tried to fix it…one toilet gently ran water the whole time. The dishwasher was non-functional and the coffee maker leaked…but so so so worth it!!! It was also kind of loud at night until around 12-1am. Then very quiet until around 9-10am.

-air conditioning took more than 1 day to fully feel effective. We arrived at the last day of the heat wave and only the bunk bed room ( which we didn't plan to use) was cool, while the others were warm. - had to manage 3 keys to get inside. - some plates were dirty and one toilet was unflushed despite having a sanitization seal - organized a regular taxi even though we informed of our strollers and luggage. - no fans which could've mitigated the air con issue - low water pressure in showers - door to kitchen was hard to open, and eventually broke. Instead of organizing a fix, we were given a phone number for support and this required us to be in the apartment for the technician, which was inconvenient. - Miguel was friendly at check in but his responses to the air con and door issues were slow and felt apathetic.

The location is beyond imagination. Rooms are perfect, a lot of extra space which give you luxury feeling. You paid for what you got.

Great location and nice living area. The apartment was exactly as we expected given the photos. The location is amazing if you want quick access to all the local attractions. The best thing however was our host organiser, Miguel. He did a brilliant job of helping us with suggestions, booking restaurants, other events, taxis etc. it made our few days much better. He is a super star,it is worth staying here just to get his help!
