19th Century Sevillian Apartment

Perfect place to stay while discovering Seville. It is in the city centre, with most of the tourist spots just a short walk away. Palacio de las duenas and Setas de Seville werr literally 7 mins away! The apartment was in a typical sevillian building which we loved! Felt like in a movie. We had the whole apartment to us which is amazing for the price! A very clean and neat apartment with all the necessities. Definitely go for it if you are visiting Seville.

No faults at all

In a big, crowded city, the location is great if you are travelling by car, but then want to be able to put it in the garage and just walk everywhere. There are a few supermarkets very close by, so easy to keep stocked up on supplies. The street is fairly quiet at night. The apartment is fairly spacious, and the two of us had no problems in terms of pace. Having 2 toilets is great. As is having a clothes washer and dryer. The 2 air conditioners are very welcome in Seville's heat, and the pedestal fan provided was great to have as well.

I don't think the property now lives up to its 9.2 rating. One of the 2 bathroom towels had holes in it, there was no bathmat, so we needed to use the hand-towel for that. The bathroom shower has quite a bit of mould in it, and really needs to be renovated. The shower door seals are no longer effective, and a lot of water leaks from the shower when used. The chair in the bedroom had large tears in the upholstery, so it could not be used at all for fear of tearing it even further. The matress protector on the bed was just a loose blanket I think, as it keeps scrunching up during the night and creating uncomfortable ridges in the bad. In general, the apartment is starting to look a bit tired and needs some work done on it to bring it back up to the level of a 9+ rating.

The apartment was lovely and well positioned. There were some supples in the kithchen, Able to open the large windows and sit watching the world go by and read abook. Also some TV channels in English.

Everything was fine. It is a nice, comfy, clean, and quiet apartment with good wifi speed, which is handy if someone has to work. It is also fully equipped. Nice Mediterranean style, the building too. Thank you for your hospitality!
