L'appartamento è in stile moderno con 3 gradini che separano la zona giorno dalla zona notte. Un bagno è completo di doccia mentre l'altro è di sevizio. Gli ambienti sono puliti ed in ordine. Non abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario ma le comunicazioni sono state veloci e puntuali.

Il letto è un po' piccolo per dormire in coppia. La fermata dell'autobus più vicina è a 7 minuti a piedi. Con le temperature torride di Siviglia avrei apprezzato trovare una bottiglia di acqua in frigo.

The apartment located in a peaceful local district (Macarena), about 1km NE of las Setas and 700m E of Alamedas de Hercules. The area is full of locals but you will be near numerous cheap café, pubs, tapa bars and restaurants. The historic center is in walking distance anyway (the area south of las Setas). There are at least two supermarkets less than 500m away, a farmacy and tabaco stores. What’s more, the bus stops (for bus station or plaza Espana) are located 5’ walk away. Antonio is a friendly host and always in touch through messages. We booked the apartment for 3 nights for 212euros). The apartment is on quiet small street and it is located on the ground floor. It is spacious with a large living room, the kitchen and a bedroom on the back side (which was away from the street noise) along with the bathroom but there is a second WC near the kitchen too. There is A/C (extremely important during midday as it gets hot in Seville), a TV and a large sofa where you can relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. There is even a washing machine if you plan to stay many days and in need to wash your clothes. A small area outside will be useful if you are a smoker or just to dry your clothes.

Have in mind that you have to climb four steps to reach the bedroom. Only 4 toilet papers provided so the near by super market was helpful

The apartment is well equipped and in a convenient location.

As an elderly person, I would have felt more secure with a bannister at the 4 steps to the bedroom area.
