It's a comfortable flat for 2. We were 2 adults and a teenager which made it quite crowded. The location was close to public transport and a 25 min walk into town. Communication with the host was easy and we got a detailed message on how to pick up the key. Kitchen was well enough equipped, but could have done with some more cups. Pleasant area with shops and takeaways. Close to one of the rivers for nice walks.

It was quite small and one of the chairs was nearly broken (you could sit on it, but not lean back). We only managed to connect to the WiFi on the first day. The host said that he checked it and it was fine, but still didn't work. We survived without it, but it was not great, as it's something you expect nowadays.

It was peaceful envoirment .appartment is small but well managed .everything avaible in kitchen and wahroom . Owner is also friendly . Privacy level is also good.

The location was close to public transport and easy to locate. The accommodation was compact.

Hi, We arrived at the apartment yesterday. The toilet had a major crack in the pipe, with masking tape used to repair it, which mould is growing on. Around the base of the toilet, a towel was placed to soak up the leak. When we arrived, the towel was drenched and the bath mat on the floor was also wet, to the point that my wife slipped on it and could have seriously injured herself. She did not expect the floor to be wet! I messaged Samuel, explained and shared photos. He said he was not aware of the leak, and offered a full refund. There was no mention of us leaving the accommodation or Samuel stating that this was a term of the refund. I politely declined a full refund, and was happy with a partial refund as I didn't want to be unfair. Last night, we went to bed. The bed was horrible. Each time I moved the bed made a large thud sound. It sounded like something was breaking. I am an average sized man, 80kgs. The noise woke my baby who was also sleeping in the room several times. Due to the poor support of the bed, I now have a back ache and a sore neck today. Not the restful sleep and relaxing night in a comfortable bed I had signed up for and one would reasonably expect. I noticed this morning that multiple of the slats have not been fitted properly and have fallen out. They are very flimsy slats and the bed is poorly put together. I told Samuel about the bed issues and due to the bed being the most important aspect of the accommodation allowing rest, I requested the full refund that he had offered the day prior. Samuel refused, stating that if we were not vacating the property today that he would not be providing more than 50% of a refund. It was then apparent that Samuel had lied when he told me that the apartment was in a bad state due to the previous people who stayed, who had damaged his property and that he was waiting for money from bookings.com to cover the issues. Samuel told us he was unaware of the toilet issue when they were first reported.
