El Balcón de Sevilla

This is a lovely apartment with a parking space. It's about 10 minutes from Saville or near the train station if you don't want to drive. It has 3 bedrooms a well equipped kitchen and a balcony. You do need an app on your phone to open the door, there is no key, but it is very easy to use. It is on the 4th floor but there is a lift up to it. Overall, a great place to stay if you are visiting Saville.

The apartment was very clean. Also, it's very quiet. Bed was really comfortable. The kitchen was dated. However, there was everything you would need for your stay. Nice pool area and super parking facilities. Area felt very safe & secure. Metro is about a 20 min walk away. Direct line into Seville and a very cheap and efficient service.

The kitchen perhaps needs updating in line with the rest of the apartment. However, I would definitely stay there again.

La facilità nell'utilizzo dell'applicazione BOLD per l'ìapertura dell'appartramento. La piscina, veramente gradevole, non affollata e monitorata con servizio di salvataggio.

Occorre l'automobile per spostarsoi agevolmente a Siviglia. Si, vero, ci stanno i mezzi pubblici ma ci metti molto tempo considerando che con l'automobile in meno 15 minuti arrivi al parcheggio Colon adiacente il centro città.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you may need

The area is nice but far away from the center and it is hard to get an uber. I don't advise it for who is traveling without a car

joana was a great host, always there when we needed her. Apartment was very clean and just what we needed. The garage to park the bikes was great.

Could be closer to the city centre, but nothing we can do on that department :)
