Disponibilidad de todo lo necesario para pasar un rato agradable en la casa.

La ubicación es excelente pero conciliar el sueño se hace un poco complicado con el alto ruido de la plaza dónde se ubica, no lo recomiendo si se busca tranquilidad. Algunos elementos de la casa deberían ser renovados para una mayor comodidad y tranquilidad.
