Location and facilities

Problem getting access to start with.

The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned and there is a portable heater. There is a supermarket downstairs. The staff is very kind.

Hot water is not stable.

Nothing except the location.

Dirty bedding! The sheets and pillow covers were not clean. The electric cooker was not in working order. We received no response when attempting to contact the host.

Location, cleanness and excellent staff, specially Sofia, super helpful and eager to make us feel comfortable.

Air conditioning malfunctioned and they quickly relocated us to another apartment.

Good location

My children had to go to bathroom through parents' room

Great location, ample space, full kitchen, nice decor.

The key would get stuck in the front door of the building at times, no elevator, fan/AC not strong enough to cool entire apartment.

nice apartment in good location with everything you need for cooking in the kitchen

the hot water was not available always,neither mornings or evenings ,maybe it gets warmed up but it is very fast used and we had to shower with the cold water. windows are going out to the back yard from both side ,so don’t expect privacy with the open windows . the air conditioning was only in the living room.
