A wonderful apartment in the centre of town

Getting in was a small problem but only because I don’t speak or read Spainish

location, facilities and food

Staff, giving us different kind of information, we checked in hand out our passports for detailed information. They were obviously informed that we have a 9 year old in our suite and was told they will prepare a bed. Instead gave us a crib. Staff full of excuses saying that should be ordered blah blah that night, next morning the staff was so smart ass, saying we should inform them in advance without checking all the information first, I just stated above prior to my check in I did chose a suite and at the check in counter handed out our passports (and I'df they are not expecting or not allowing more than 2 guests should not allowed us to stay if that make sense) and mind you I paid for 2 rooms so I don't mind paying for extra bed coz the staff was saying this time that there's extra charge. Why they didn't inform us first thing when we checked in (they just said they will prepare it) I already paid $500 over a night for both rooms $30-$50 won't hurt and even an 8 euros breakfast for each of 2 of my kids I won't mind paying. This is our 6th country this year and this is far worst unapologetic staff I encountered won't even acknowledge their mistake but instead fight you! Never will I recommend or go back to this hotel. I will stay somewhere else better and worth my bucks 🙄🙄🙄

The apartment was in a great location, clean ,tidy and comfortable .  good communication with the owner. Will stay again..

The shower head was broken but I told the cleaning lady when we left. views.

Absolutely nothing

Everything. The apartment is not as shown in the images. It's completely different. It was filthy, the host didn't seem to care and wanted to move us to an attic apartment when I told her my mother had little mobility. I asked for a refund and was ignored. No apologies nothing. I do not recommend this place at all. The conditions were very poor. The floors were dirty. There was dirt under the bed that seemed to be there for weeks. The shower head sprinkled water, hardly enough to wash hair. Worst experience ever. I wish I could post more photos of the place. The images you see on their site, is not at all what the reality is. Infact I don't even know where they got the site photos from because nothing can be further from the reality

Location is great.

Parking is close to impossible and must be at least 5 to 10 min. walk.
