"Fabulous - Location and roof top terrace was ideal!"

Fabulous apartment. Great location and extremely helpful host. The roof top terrace is fabulous and you can always get sun or shade there. Would highly recommend.

Only thing I couldn't find was a chopping board - not to say there wasn't one

"Lovely Apartment in a great location."

One of the reviews I read before booking the apartment said “Just book it! You won’t regret it” so I did …and I can only echo that review…I certainly didn’t regret it! the location was fantastic, right next to Plaza Neuva and just minutes from the Cathedral and Alcazar Palace. Isabella Bridge and Triana was an easy 10-15 mins walk away and same to Las Setas. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable and the roof terrace was amazing! A great place to relax after sightseeing. I was a bit concerned about the rooftop having to be accessed externally from the flat but it was not a problem as a lift takes you straight up to it and it’s totally private. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very helpful . We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again if we returned to Seville.

Apartment modern, equipped with all necessities a family needs to enjoy a relaxing holiday stay. Perfect location, plenty restaurants downstairs, 10min walk to cathedral and Alcázar, El Corte Inglés and pedestrian shopping area is 500m walk.

"Nice place and location but its location advice should be better."

It is a great location and nice and clean. The garage for the car was close by but had a very steep ramp to get out of.

The building where the apartment was located had no number or identifying name on it. Whilst we were sent pictures of the garage door(not situated at the apartment) we had no picture of the building or its front door. Apparently, the other apartment owners don't like having a holiday let in the building. On the one night we stayed there was a loud domestic argument next door that prevented us from getting to sleep and woke us up at 4.45 am! Just unlucky maybe?
