Siófoki Beach Apartman

The pictures don’t do this apartment justice. It is just so much nicer than what you see in the pictures and the size of the apartment is very good as well. The beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is small but you have everything you need and the shower was very nice. It’s just a very comfortable apartment to stay at. Location was fantastic, just a couple of minutes from the train station and even closer to the lake. Pool was also very nice to have. We were able to check in early which was great as we had just arrived from Switzerland by night train.

Other apartments on the property were also rented out to groups of young people who were clearly there to party. So music was turned on quite loud in the evening. We didn’t mind it too much as the music was turned off around 23:00 every night so we didn’t have trouble sleeping. If you are travelling with small kids this may be a problem for you. I think Siofok kind of has a party atmosphere, so if that’s not what you want you should maybe look into other towns around the Balaton lake.

We came outside of season, so it was like a ghost town but the apt had everything you needed, also parking slop was available, wifi was fast
