Highly recommended! The place is beautiful and quiet. We like looking at the paddock, the greenery and cattle. Just a few minutes from town. The apartment is clean, warm and comfortable, so nice to go back to after being out in the cold and rain. The owner is very responsive, great with communication. The complimentary snacks and drinks was a kind gesture.

Only one person could connect to the internet but we just didn't bother because we were out all day. Also we had a young bull visit us in the morning. No harm done, we just didn't know if it was safe to go out while it was there. A sign said to keep the gate shut, so we did after that.

Lovely location and property had everything I needed. Also had some nice touches with some nibbles, fresh milk and wine in the fridge and a coffee pod machine

We had a lovely stay over 3 nights at this cute little studio. It had everything that we needed and the hosts even provided a complimentary bottle of wine and some snacks, which was such a lovely touch. Our dog had a wonderful time running through the fields, visiting the dam and the cows and the fact that there is fence (with gates) around the studio was great. We had a bbq on the second night on the deck and just enjoyed the peace, quiet and the stars later on. Janet was very accomodating and asnwered a few questions that I had via a phone call and texts. Great spot overall and I can imagine it would be even more amazing in winter.

We had an amazing 2 day stay over the long weekend. Peaceful spot. We had our two border collies with us and the place was fully secured for them to roam freely. They were in their element. Massive bonus that they were allowed in the studio. Many nice little touches from the owner eg. bottle of wine / choccies / cheese & crackers. Place also smelt amazing & homely. 10 out of 10 for us. Will definitely be back =D

Location, loved the outlook over the paddock and cows. We were visited by blue wrens, so it was a delight to sit out the front and watch them every day. Loved the outdoor fire pit.

We found the space between the bed and wall a little tight.

Anitha Studio is such a gem, just a short drive from Perth! The rooms are spacious, well-kept, and offer beautiful views of the paddocks and countryside — perfect for a relaxing getaway with your partner and two large dogs. Our dogs had the time of their lives running through the paddocks and swimming in the dams — a tired dog is a happy dog, right? 😊 We loved winding down by the fire in the evenings, and there’s nothing quite like a flame-grilled steak to top it off! One afternoon, the owners were kind enough to help us arrange for a local chef to come over and prepare some fresh marron — what a treat! Definitely money well spent, and we’d highly recommend it if you get the chance. Just a few minutes away is the charming town of Balingup, and if you’re there, you must check out the local bakery — their traditional Aussie pies are absolutely divine. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The owners live nearby and are always just a phone call away if you need anything — they’re super helpful and friendly! Enjoy!!! Mark & Carole

It has everything you need for a nice little stay. Loved that it was pet friendly and we could go and visit the cows. It was super cozy and we had the best time relaxing

Wonderful little studio on a farm with everything you'll need for your stay. Beautiful views with gorgeous cows. The best part for us was that it was fully enclosed so my dog could be off leash while at the property.
