The location was great-easy taxi from the train & walking distance to the incredible historic district. The building is 4th century and beautifully renovated to preserve its history. The host was extremely helpful & kind. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Very comfortable apartment in a historic building in the heart of Spoleto. The apartment was equipped with everything you needed, very clean and beautifully renovated (it's a historic building). The owner is very nice and helpful, excellent contact. Free parking is easy to find not far from the apartment and in case of lack of space you can park at a discounted municipal parking lot (5 euros per day) We recommend!

The apartment is centrally located and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ilaria has very helpful and friendly and went out of her way to assist us with a parking problem which was entirely our fault.

Lovingly restored property in the heart of Spoleto. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Upon entry Ilaria met us and shared some the apartment’s history. We had a wonderful stay exploring the area with the some of her recommendations. There is a nice view from the apartment and it has everything one would need. There was also ground floor storage for our bikes which was much appreciated.

The shower pressure is really strong so you have to be careful not turn it on all the way or you will run out of hot water if taking multiple showers.

This apartment was wonderful. It is very comfortable, in a quiet street in the old town, and Ilaria has made sure the apartment has everything you need.

Perfect location. Great architectural details. Super clean. Nearby easy parking.
