Casa Leone Suites

Exceptional property, very well kept and situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance to beach, restaurants and other amenities. Property has a nice pool and is suitablr for families. Perfect if you just need to relax and unwind. Staff were super helpful and nice.

Everything was perfect and the swimming pool was the best. Also nice view from the balcon. All service was also excellent. Nikos and Vaggelis gave us good tips from restaurants and places to visit.

The shower screen could have been a bit more water tight as it leaked a little. But that is literally it. Everything was perfect pretty much.

The place is Beautiful. The property manager was polite and available throughout the day for anything that was needed.(taxi/restaurant recommendations/etc…) would definitely stay again and many more times in the future.

Helpful host, lovely pool, modern designs, peaceful location. well-equipped apartment for a self-catering vacation. The host on site (Vengalis!) was so helpful with organising car hire, taxis and a trip to the gorge and recommendations for local restaurants, all of which are on the doorstep. Clean sandy beaches are within a few minutes' walk from the complex.

It's a steep, though short (approx. 30m) climb by foot to the entrance for all apartments.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Leone Suites. We had spent time in Santorini and Rethymnon prior to our visit, we were looking for a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle and thats just what we found. Vagelis answered all emails and queries quickly and check in was simple. The accommodation was great and obviously very well-loved as it was spotlessly clean and tidy and there was a lot of attention to detail such as a basket of wine and water on arrival and every item you could wish for in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the children slept well. The pool area was lovely and again obviously well cared for as it was clean and the gardens were well-tended and pretty. The pool is very deep and although there is a small shallow area for children my adventurous eight year old wanted to be in the deep part and so we had to be extra-vigilant. We had a hire car and found that there were plenty of places to travel to and also lots of shops including an Aldi in which to buy supplies. Vagelis also gave us the details of a local bakery that would supply and deliver breakfast if we so wished, we didn't use this service but it would have been very useful for someone without a car. Overall we loved our time at Casa Leonie Suites as it was so clean and peaceful and the views are lovely.

There was no are conditioning in the master bedroom which was a problem as it was very hot; the sun heated the exterior wall during the day and so the room was particularly hot in the evening. A fan was provided but in my opinion, it wasn't sufficient to cool the room which made it uncomfortable. The shower leaked due to the design of the wall and the shower screen, we were able to divert the water slightly once we had seen the gap but the first couple of showers made the bathroom floor very wet.
