Elia Luxury Apartments

Kosta and his mother are great hosts, very kind and attentive. The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. You can see that the apartments were made with great care and investment; the furniture and things are of a very good quality. There is a great shade for the morning sun and you can sit outside at any period of the day. The apartment is cleaned every day and towels are changed every three days. There is a space for drying wet things in the back space of the apartment. The bathroom is very nice and modern. The parking is on the street and seems to be ok. If you are lucky you can park your car right in front of your apartment :) The sandy beach is three minutes away and there are beach bars with beach beds and umbrellas you can use if you order a drink or something. This place is good for families with small children, there are a lot of things for them both on the beach and in the town. It is a twenty-minute walk to Nea Vrasna. In the town of Stavros there are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants and amusement parks for children.

The apartment is really nice but it would be good if there was a bit more space for things downstairs. There is a metal rack but it is very unsuitable for putting things as there are no shelves, just metal bars. I would suggest providing at least a small cabinet or a box of shelves. We didn't prepare food, but it would be difficult for those who want to cook something as there isn't a counter space for preparing food and there is just one big pot and no frying pan. I suppose that the owners would provide some if you asked them as they are very nice.

Only one thing which is not connected with facility, it's connected with stavros city, to many wild dogs they go in groups and attack people from time to time they go in groups of 15 dogs I saw once they start to be agressive on one little child on the beach.

New and modern place, looks fancy. Built in kitchenette. Comfortable bedroom on the second floor. It was clean and well maintained. Automatic front door shelter was useful in the sunny mornings. Good space with a table in front of the apartment - you can have your meals and drinks outside. Modern bathroom with good size.

The apartment is on a main street and is a bit noisy. The kitchenette is very small - you can easily hit your head in the absorber and there is almost no place to prepare the food. The front door handle was too weak - we broke it with a normal use at arrival. The faucet was too extended over the bathroom sink - you can not use the full potential. The sofa on the ground floor is not very stable - good for very small kids but for teens or adults could be a challenged.

Nice and clean place with everything you need. Great location, close to the beach, to the center, and in the same time very quiet. The host are very friendly! We will visit again!
