A minimum age of 21 years old and photo ID for all guests is required. Upon confirming your booking you will receive an email with our online check-in requirements, you must complete your online check in (ID upload and security deposit payment £150), we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you fail to complete the check in within 72 hours of arrival. We do not accept guests living within 15 miles of the property address. If you have booked a prepaid and non refundable rate, the same card used for the payment must be presented for the pre-authorization on arrival. Please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the lead guest staying at the property. Otherwise, you may be re-charged on a card you have provided during the pre check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
