Could not get the heating to work it was freezing cold water was cold in the shower bath my grandson was really cold to be honest tho thay did give me a number to ring but when my deuter did thay would not speak to her as my name was on the booking if thay would of asked for it my daughter s name I would of give them it I told them they was three of us I was out shopping and she was all ready in the apartment and they would not decus it with which was very upsetting for her and my grandson and me as I'm on level 3 genius I would of asked my money back but that's not going to happen. Which is very annoying I would not recommend any one to book that place again because it ruined there Christmas thay couldn't wait to get back to reading it looked nice place when I booked it like thay say never judge a book by its cover as I unfortunately did. People shouldn't be treated like that 😕

I liked the kitchen

I was unable to get into the main building using my code The code also did not work for my room I was eventually provided with physical keys which they stated should be left in a visible place upon departure. I left them on the coffee table in the middle of the living room and they send me several messages and phone calls which made me feel harassed and upset staying they could not find them (thus indirectly suggesting I had taken them when in fact the must have not looked properly or misplaced the keys themselves). I also felt uncomfortable having to upload my ID prior to my stay as I have no idea if they store it securely and whether and when they delete it.

The space itself with a large, equipped kitchen.

Firstly the check in was very difficult - after having to call up to pay for a parking space, I didn’t receive any instructions on how to get into the car park or where it actually was - I had to call the office in the end as it turns out I was trying to get into a neighbouring properties car park! The flat itself was pretty run down with lots of decoration and maintenance issues. Cutlery and bits in the kitchen were dirty, as well as the rug on the floor and the sofa. The pillows were as thin as paper and the sheets were of a very cheap quality. The main issue however was the window that wouldn’t close properly and therefore made it freezing cold and very loud all night, not to mention a security hazard as it was a ground floor apartment.
