"Convenient but overall not good."

How close it was to our work and the off road parking

The carpets was stained throughout, there was a hole in the lounge wall, cupboard fronts were not attached so fell off when opened, the bin in the kitchen was dented and didn't work, the toilet seat was broken, the cooker didn't work and it was generally tired throughout. when my property host were contacted they didn't do anything about it.

"Worst rental house in the country"

Absolutely appalling...filthy, wrecked, bathroom disgusting and mouldy with bath panel off and dried urine on back of toilet...holes in wall and ceiling stained from water damage...carpet stained with sick and urine in front room..dead insects and lots of dust under beds and bed broken...mould on inside of windows in bedrooms...cupboard in kitchen full of tins of paint and chemicals which is totally unsafe for children...could let my daughter or grandchildren stay here as one has chrones discease and other is severly asthmatic..months of rubbish and rotten furniture down side of house with squirrels living in it...I am totally appalled at the state of this house it is not fit for human habitation....the list goes on absolutely nothing disgusting

Everything in the house was filthy moudy and broken..pans covered in oil, fridge flooded, dirty food left in cupboards bin filthy with used earbuds underneath
