We liked the area.

The photos are misleading to those who make the reservation. The house is old, it is located in a high place, it is very difficult for wheelchair users. It is very difficult for those who go with their family, the neighbor next to the stairs feels every movement, she comes to the door to get attention. The house was very dirty, we had to clean it. The carpets smelled a lot of cigarettes. There was used toilet paper in the bathrooms, and when it ran out we had to buy more, because they don't give any more. My daughter forgot her tablet, they are charging £30 for delivery. We asked for a 2 hour extension to check out, they asked for £20. The employee was rude. It is the first time that my family and I have felt so bad. I do not recommend anyone to this place. Anyway...

Only the location cos it was next to my friends house who was the bride. That’s why we booked it. The pics looked good and clean on booking.com but in reality it was soo different and disgusting

Absolutely everything. It was so bad so dirty so uncomfortable. The staff (manager Ryan) was so rude to us and made us feel so uncomfortable at checkout. The property is cheap fixes and a health and safety hazard. The pictures are decieving. It’s not up to standard and should not be available for booking. We had the worst experience and time there. Full of rubbish outside scattered and SO dirty. I’ll be putting in complaints
